The website describes the products we supply and the industries we serve. It is for general trade information, and you may use it to research products and send us enquiries.

Please do not send false or misleading company details, submit forms automatically, copy the site’s content in bulk, or try to interfere with its operation. We may block access where we see this.

Specifications, grades, packing options and photographs show what we typically supply. They are not a guarantee for any particular lot. Availability, lead times and prices change with origin, season and destination, so none of them is fixed until we confirm it in writing.

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or commit either side to a sale. A quotation is an offer on the terms it states and lapses at the end of its validity period.

An order is binding only once both parties have agreed its terms in writing, including specification, quantity, Incoterms, payment, inspection and the documents to accompany the shipment. Samples and custom specifications depend on availability and the rules of the destination country.

If you attach drawings, specifications or photographs to an enquiry, you confirm you are entitled to share them. We use them only to assess and answer your enquiry, and handle them as described in our privacy notice.

The text, diagrams, photographs and design of this website belong to Arivo Global Private Limited or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own business use, but not republish them or present them as your own without our written consent.

We take care to keep the website accurate, but it is provided as is and may contain errors or be unavailable at times. We are not liable for decisions made on the strength of website content alone.

Our obligations for any order are those set out in the contract for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Where we link to another website, such as a standards body or a regulator, we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for its content or availability.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. The law and forum for an order are those named in its contract.

We may revise these terms. The current version is always on this page with its date, and it applies from the time it is published.
